I stayed for 2 nights in a Superior Double room and couldn't believe how perfect the location was, just a 10-minute walk to the heart of the vibrant Old Quarter. The service was excellent. I was genuinely impressed when a staff member arranged a fantastic dinner recommendation and seamlessly booked our airport transportation without a hitch. The breakfast selection was good, with fresh juice and seasonal fruits that fueled my adventures around the city.

The weather was wonderful, had awesome stay during our business trip in Hanoi. Got the same fantastic and brilliant superior room with inner windows booked online, enjoyed that. The location was brilliant close to all attractions. Besides, it was right by great Night Market and the Hoan Kiem Lake❤😃

Good and perfect location in the city center of Hanoi and quiet atmosphere. Also - not far from halong bay and the many restaurants and bars. Carpeted & new-fashioned room, a balcony, a couch, and a chair in there. Very comfy beds, hot breakfast.

The location was superb for our family outings, and we loved how close it was to the vibrant street life. The breakfast was beyond what we expected, especially the selection of fresh tropical fruits. Staff ensured we were comfortable traveling with our two babies.
